• Customer information we collect from you: your name, business name, phone number, and email address, plus the business information you give us to answer calls (hours, services, service area, pricing ranges).
• Caller information we collect when we answer: the caller's name, phone number, and the details of what they called about — captured as call recordings and transcripts.
• Appointment details: the date, time, and notes for any appointment booked through yeaso.

We use the information we collect to:

• Answer calls on behalf of your business and route emergencies.
• Book appointments into your calendar.
• Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups by SMS and email.
• Log leads and follow up with callers who didn't book.
• Provide support and improve the service.
• Meet our legal obligations.

When you call a home service business that uses yeaso, we may share your information — including your name, phone number, and the reason for your call — with that home service business so they can follow up with you and perform the work you requested. By calling, you acknowledge that this information may be shared with the business you are trying to reach for this purpose.

yeaso sends automated text messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, missed-call text-backs, lead follow-ups, and review requests — on behalf of the business. By providing a phone number for use with yeaso, or by using the service, you consent to receive these automated messages related to your inquiry or appointment.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of receiving further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

We keep call recordings and transcripts, appointment details, and lead information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-ups, fulfill our obligations, and resolve disputes — unless a shorter retention period is required by law or our carriers. You may ask us to delete your information sooner by contacting us (see Section 6).

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. To request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and no more than 30 days.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

yeaso is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have, please contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Effective date" above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
