Terms of Service

yeaso is a 24/7 AI virtual receptionist built for home service businesses — electricians, plumbers, HVAC, and similar trades. We answer calls on behalf of your business, answer frequently asked questions, book appointments to your calendar, send appointment reminders and follow-up messages by SMS and email, route emergency calls, and capture and follow up with leads.

yeaso is a software and messaging service. We help your business communicate with your customers, but we are not a contractor and we are not the home service provider. See Section 9.

You may use yeaso only for lawful purposes and only for the business of your own home service company. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business (hours, services, service area, pricing ranges, calendar availability) and for honoring the appointments yeaso books on your behalf.

yeaso sends automated text messages on behalf of your business — including appointment confirmations and reminders, missed-call text-backs, lead follow-ups, and review requests. These messages are sent using Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging.

Consent to receive automated messages. By using yeaso, or by providing a phone number (yours or your customer's) for use with the service, you consent to receive automated text messages from yeaso related to your inquiry, your account, or an appointment.

Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies depending on your plan and call activity — for example, one or more messages per booked appointment, plus follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of receiving further SMS messages. After opting out you may still receive a final confirmation message. To get help, reply HELP.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive automated messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service from yeaso or from any home service business.

yeaso books appointments directly into the calendar you connect. You are responsible for keeping your calendar availability accurate and for following up on appointments that need to be rescheduled or canceled. yeaso is not liable for appointments missed due to an error, outage, or misconfiguration in your connected calendar.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime and your service continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds, if any, are at our sole discretion.

You will not use yeaso to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or marketing content that violates applicable law or carrier guidelines, and you will not use it to contact anyone who has opted out. You are responsible for ensuring you have any required consent to be contacted where applicable law requires it.

You retain ownership of the information about your business and your customers that you provide to yeaso. You grant yeaso a license to use that information to operate the service — answering calls, booking appointments, sending reminders and follow-ups, and logging leads — as further described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yeaso and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or lost revenues, arising out of or related to the service — including any missed call, misbooked or lost appointment, message not delivered, or business not booked — even if yeaso has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

yeaso is a third-party virtual receptionist and messaging service. yeaso is not the contractor or service provider, and we do not perform any home services ourselves. When yeaso answers a call or books an appointment for your business, it is acting as a receptionist on your behalf. Any work, estimate, or service performed is the responsibility of your business, not yeaso. yeaso makes no guarantee about the quality, timing, or outcome of any home service performed by you or your business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
